The 126 Air Refueling Wing has a requirement to restore numerous plant beds across the campus to their original condition. The attached document contains the Requirement Description, Line Item Structure, Site Visit Instructions, Submission Instructions, Evaluation Factors, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
