By accessing or using FedContract ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FedContract provides a searchable database of publicly available federal contract data. We aggregate, organize, and present this data to help small businesses find government contracting opportunities.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
Federal contract data is sourced from official government databases and is public domain. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the data. Always verify information directly with the contracting agency before making business decisions.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal use; (b) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The underlying federal contract data is public domain. However, the design, code, branding, and presentation of FedContract are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
FedContract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on data from the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
