Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote for Gastroscope and Colonoscope systems for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System Gastroenterology Department. This RFQ is Brand Name or Equal to Olympus Brand Scopes and Unrestricted. See attached RFQ 1449 which includes full Instructions to Offerors, and Statement of Work with equipment list and other attachments. All offers shall be received by the CO no later than 05:00 PM CT Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
