In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), this action is executed under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 (Simplified Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and is publicized in accordance with RFO 12.202(a) and RFO 5.101(a). Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole-source purchase order to OHD , LLLP , as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to patents on the technology for the Quantifit2 mach9ines, patent number US 8,528,559, B2 maintained by OHD , LLLP. This notice of intent is not a formal request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will be issued to the intended source after the expiration of this notice. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
