Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-25-G-1000 to General Electric Aerospace (GE), Lynn, MA, to procure T408 Head of Family (HOF) and Bill of Material (BOM) kits, hardware, and, consumables in support of Israeli Air Force (IAF) depot maintenance repair capability. The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
