FL ~ WELAKA NATIONAL FISH HATCHERY (NFH) - REPLACE GARAGE DOORS - BEECHER UNIT The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a project located at our Welaka NFH Beecher Unit, in Crescent City, Florida (FL) that will require removal and replacement of seven (7) commercial overhead garage doors (manually opened). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to remove seven (7) existing doors and install seven (7) new commercial (hurricane rated) overhead garage doors (manually opened) with new equipment, proper installation and a manufacturer's warranty at the Welaka NFH Beecher Unit location, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is an 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The small business size standard is 22.0 Million. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This award will be made based on Lowest-Price/Technically Acceptable as detailed in FAR 15.101-2. This process is a simplified source selection strategy that permits the best value to the Government resulting from the selection of a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price. While evaluating quotes, price and technical acceptability/past experience are the two evaluation factors.
