July 9, 2026: To help Industry plan, the Government anticipates the Phase 1 solutions will be due approximately two-weeks after the release of the CSO. This notice is for informational purposes only. July 7, 2026: Response date has been removed. This is only a draft CSO for information purposes. Nothing is due nor will be accepted at this time. July 2, 2026: The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), intends to issue a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for Enterprise Support Services (ESS) Next. This announcement constitutes a draft CSO for industry review. The Government anticipates posting the final CSO within approximately three weeks. We are not soliciting proposals at this time, and none will be accepted. This notice is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a formal CSO and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a CSO nor award a contract.
