Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services at Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) Project office in Enumclaw, WA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services at MMD as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The facility shall meet industry-standard cleaning requirements for all restrooms, office spaces, and common areas.  This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantage Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). See the solicitation document (W912DW26AQ043) for instructions on how to submit a quote for this requirement.  Award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive, responsible quoter.
