{"description":"Description: The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year purchase order for Yuba Gravel & Redd Monitoring at Englebright Dam, Yuba County, California. \n\nThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A sole source justification for this purchase has been prepared in support of this acquisition.
