Description

{"description":"The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Aging (NIA), intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to REPROCELL, Inc. for DNA and RNA extraction services from blood and multiple tissue types in support of an ongoing animal study. This requirement involves extraction and quality control analysis for approximately 320 DNA samples and 240 RNA samples derived from multiple organs. The proposed action is a continuation of previously performed work, and the use of the same vendor is necessary to ensure methodological consistency, minimize batch effects, and maintain comparability with existing datasets critical to the study’s scientific integrity. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as only one source is reasonably available to meet the Government’s requirement.\n"}
