Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, issued on behalf of the Indian Health Service. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 47), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), this notice is to identify and obtain information from qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing Regulated Medical Waste and Pharmaceutical Hazardous Waste Collection Disposal Services, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC). See the attached notice for additional information about the required services. Vendors designated as IEE or ISBEE firms who are capable of providing the required services must complete and submit the attached IHS Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form as part of the capability statement submission or proposal submission.
