Description

The Consulate of the United States of America in Dubai, UAE is seeking for the services of a contractor to provide the event logistics and operational implementation, including travel coordination, production support, vendor management, and post-event deliverable support for the two-day SPACE Summit 2027 in Sharjah for the U.S Consulate, Dubai - United Arab Emirates. All services shall be delivered within the approved scope in accordance with the Scope of Work. A solicitation # 19TC1226Q0010 shall be released on the SAM website on or about August 25, 2026. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a fixed unit price requirements type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
