*****************Amendment 1***************************** This solicitation has been amended to attach the revised COMBO and Statement of work. ************************************************************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.200, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. This requirement will be solicited through SAM.gov, submit offers to TSgt Jeffrey Perkins at [email protected] and Capt Taylor Peeples at [email protected]. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026. 3. This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. 4. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows: CLIN 0001- BASIC STRUCTURE, MANUAL UNIT-21.0 (FT) CLEAR OPENING SOUTH 1 Entrance SOUTH 2 Entrance 2 DSC7090(M) as defined in the Statement of Work and attachments. CLIN 0002 – Installation IAW the attachments. CLIN 0003 – Shipping IAW the attachments. 5. Description of requirement for the items to be acquired: ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 120 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination 6. Project Magnitude: Over $250,000 to $500,000 ** A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 08 September 2026 at 1000 PDT. If access to Creech AFB is required, access must be coordinated by Friday, 28 August 2026 by 1000 PDT.
