Description

- Site Visit: A site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. EDT on 9 September 2026. The site visit is not a solicitation question-and-answer session - Solicitation Questions/Requests for Information (RFIs): Submit all questions by email to Paul Ciabotti at [email protected] and Eli O’Neal at [email protected] no later than 10 September 2026. Late questions may not be accepted or considered. Verbal questions will not be answered. All questions and responses will be consolidated into a single, non-attribution document and made available to all qualified offerors. Responses to questions will be published on 11 September 2026. - Quote Submission Deadline: Submit quotes by email to Paul Ciabotti at [email protected] and Eli O’Neal at [email protected] no later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on 17 September 2026. - Participants will meet at the 108th BDE building, located at 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, BLDG X-4514 AIR DEFENSE LOOP, Fort Bragg, NC 28348. As stated in the SOW, attendees will need the required clearance to access the SIM Center.
